Sones Maintenance & Environmental, trading as Sones Landscaping, was formed in 1976 and has been a wholly owned subsidiary of Lumsden & Carroll Construction since 1999.
We carry out full hard and soft landscaping construction & grounds maintenance services for many clients in the North East of England & North Yorkshire.
The range of skills and experience of our employees are demonstrated on a daily basis through the high quality services that we deliver to our extensive client base.
Many of these clients have elected to retain our services by negotiating continuation contracts or new contracts with the company. We hold our clients and customers in the highest esteem and show this by operating to top standards of customer care.
This is demonstrated by some of the long term contracts with key clients including CC Property Services for the grounds maintenance at Metrocentre in Gateshead, Akeler for the grounds maintenance at Doxford International Business Park, Sunderland, Wear Valley District Council for the grounds maintenance of the Wear Valley area and the University of Sunderland for grounds maintenance of the University and College grounds.
